You must agree to these terms of service. If at any time you disagree with the terms of service, discontinue all use of your account immediately and contact us reqesting account closure.

• One account per household. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification of all accounts and forfeiture of all Points earned.
• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria households only at this time.
• You may only complete an offer one time, unless stated othervise. If you complete an offer here, you may not complete the same offer on any other site. If you completed an offer on another site, you may not complete the same offer here. If your family member or friend wants to do an offer on your account with your permission, this is fine, but neither you or your family member/friend may have done the same offer on another site. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. WE MAY COOPERATE WITH OTHER WEBSITES IN DETERMINING WHAT OFFERS YOU HAVE COMPLETED. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE COMPLETED AN OFFER MORE THAN ONE TIME, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD ON BOTH SITES AND YOUR POINTS WILL BE FORFEITED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
• Immediate cancellation of "free trial" or other offers will result in a reversal on that offer. Repeated offenses will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all Points earned.
• Entering false information, such as, but not limited to, invalid name, phone, address, zip code, country, or other data, on any of our advertisers' forms will result in a reversal on that offer. Repeated offenses will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all Points earned.
• Order forms must be completed with VALID, CORRECT information. We reserve the right to deny your order or place your account on hold for using false information in an order form.
• RewardChamp.com provides a best effort service for crediting of points. Our offers are sourced from a variety of networks, who then source the offers from other networks, and so on. Occassionally, a failure in one of the networks' systems can result in credit for an offer not being received. YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE CREDIT ON ANY OFFER THAT YOU COMPLETE ON RewardChamp.com.
• We reserve the right to reverse an offer for ANY REASON at ANY TIME.
• You agree to receive administrative e-mails from us as specified in the Privacy Policy.
• You will not spam or distribute your link via UCE (unsolicited commercial e-mail) or other unwanted forms of distribution. Violation will result in disqualification of all accounts and forfeiture of all Points earned.
• Abuse of RewardChamp.com support implements, including, but not limited to: instant messaging, e-mail, support tickets, forums on which RewardChamp.com has a presence, or any other medium; for the purposes of harassment, spamming, malice, or any other non-business purpose; will result in forfeiture of all points earned and immediate closure of your account, and possible legal action.
• No Post Office Boxes may be used when placing an order. You MUST enter your HOME address.
